I I had no idea about child court and custody processes and procedures . Being able to access support and advice from my Mckenzie friend Susanne was a godsend. From the first meeting she was very kind and I felt that she really cared about my situation. 
I feel Susanne went above and beyond for me and my son. My way of explaining myself was very emotional and Susanne was able to sieve through my emotions and helped me to professionally prepare, address and explain to the court my concerns. Susanne saw my vulnerability and never judged me and knowing I had her sitting next to me in court made me hold my head up and calmly explain my case.  I will be forever grateful and thankful that she was there to help me.
